SPECIAL: Pre-Rosh Hashana Song Release by Ketzaleh

Composed by Yaakov "Ketzaleh" Katz

Jewish Music columns on multiple Israeli sites are singing praise to a newly-released song with hit singer Avreimi Roth and composed by Yaakov “Ketzaleh” Katz, Head of Bet El Institutions.

The song “Im Tachaneh” is based on lyrics in Psalm 27, recited in synagogues in the month preceding Rosh HaShana. The emotionally-arousing arrangement by Yuval Stupel can be heard in all its grandeur on YouTube here.

A few days after the song’s debut on Israel’s airwaves, the composer Ketzaleh was riding from an inspiring and successful meeting with Mark Rubin of Lawrence, NY to another important meeting with Rubin Margules of Brooklyn - both dear friends and supporters of Bet El. Ketzaleh played his song on the car sound system, and he and Baruch Gordon joyfully sang along, as Baruch caught the scene on his iPhone camera. Enjoy this special version of the new hit with the composer singing along.
